Every time I submit a blog, I look for topics that might be interesting to all of you.

So I thought…let’s turn this around and this time ask you to share with me!

What we are really trying to achieve with Orangeball?

We want Orangeball to be the first place candidates go to for advice and support, a candidate portal. You may come to the site for advice about how to turn yourself into a ‘in demand modern’ candidate, or advice on how to improve your interview skills, or where to find additional training, or post questions about living and working in Switzerland or to just use our portal to help you stay on top of some of the interesting news and events.

To accomplish our goal of turning Orangeball into ‘The recognised premier candidate resource centre website’ I would love to hear from all of you! Here are just a few points you could comment on:

• What would you like to see on the site?
• What questions or advice do you struggle to find easily on other sites?
• What are some creative ideas you might have to improve the information we currently post?
• How could we encourage visitors to interact more with the site?

We will post in the next few weeks a survey specific to improving our site but in the meantime, I would really appreciate directly from all of you!
